A fundraiser works best when supporters understand the goal, the one action they need to take, and the dates.
How Our Fundraising Program Works
Supporters buy Scoops N Such credit through your organization's fundraiser and spend it at either of our shops. Purchased credits never expire, and your organization earns a share of qualifying fundraising credit purchases. The fundraising page has the current program details.
Who Can Apply
Schools, sports teams, churches and faith groups, nonprofits, clubs, scouts, PTA/PTOs, band and arts programs, and individual causes can apply. Every application is reviewed before approval, and approval is not guaranteed.
Define The Goal
Choose a specific purpose and a realistic target. A clear goal is easier for families and supporters to understand and share.
Build A Communication Plan
Prepare one accurate message for email, social posts, team chats and printed reminders. Include the organization, the purpose, the dates and the link or code people should use.
Ideas By Group
- Schools and PTA/PTOs: grade-level or classroom friendly competitions, teacher appreciation, spirit weeks
- Youth sports and band programs: a team-by-team approach so families can see who they are supporting
- Churches: youth group trips, mission projects or community outreach shared by bulletin and email
- Nonprofits and causes: a time-limited campaign tied to an event
Finish With Clear Follow-Up
