Jeffersontown is open daily from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. Mt. Washington is open daily from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Hours may change seasonally or on holidays, so call the shop if timing matters.

Can I sample flavors before I choose?
Yes. Customers may sample up to three ice cream flavors.
What is the difference between D's Cheesecake and Scoopable Cheesecake?
D's Cheesecake is our own brand, and Scoopable Cheesecake is the product: cheesecake served by the scoop. We offer it in four core pre-made sundae options: Strawberry, Oreo, Turtle and Cookie Butter.
Do both locations carry the same flavors?
Core offerings are similar, but availability can vary by shop and week.
Can I order ice cream pies?
Availability changes, so contact your nearest shop to ask what is ready or what can be prepared.
What is a Party Pak, and do you offer catering?
A Party Pak is a larger quantity of ice cream, prepared for you to pick up and serve yourself. Cups, spoons, cones and toppings are available for an additional charge. We do not provide on-site catering or delivery.
Do you offer fundraising for schools, teams and churches?
Yes. Schools, teams, churches and other community groups can apply. See the fundraising page for how the program works.
How does Pint Club work?
Choose three pints for $19.95 a month or four pints for $24.95 a month, and pick them up at either shop. Membership renews monthly until canceled.
